Many of our clients are seeking to either increase their exposure to new markets, or to broaden their involvement in existing ones. Our reports focus on identifying key areas of opportunity and risk in foreign and domestic markets; to reach these conclusions, we look at aspects such as macro environmental trends, forecasts, policy and governance, funding, financial growth and competitors.
We use traditional techniques, whether they are for literature reviews, complicated research design or data analysis, and turn the evidence they provide into something useful. This might be a series of recommendations for market entry or positioning, a report summarising the evidence base on carbon capture or an evaluation report of an education programme which includes clear recommendations for programme development.
Our policy analysis work also covers international policy research and analysis. We have written projects, for example, which compare and contrast policies across several countries in sectors from education through to energy. We also write regular think pieces and positioning papers to support clients’ work internationally.
