Isabel Spoerry, Research Assistant
Isabel is a professional early career Research Assistant who has been developing her social research skills since joining The Research Base in 2017. She graduated from the University of Sussex in 2017 with a BSc in Geography, with a first class thesis in heathland conservation management techniques.
Since joining The Research Base, Isabel has worked on a number of projects and evaluations involving qualitative and quantitative data analysis, framework and research tool development, stakeholder mapping, interview recruitment and report writing (whilst also attempting to keep the office greenery in check).
She has assisted on projects for a range of clients, including: the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, the British Council, SOS Children’s Villages, the Institute of Leadership & Management and EIT Climate-KIC.
Isabel has experience in managing large qualitative and quantitative datasets for analysis, from both interviews and surveys, across a range of projects. She also manages survey uploads, progress and data downloads on our online surveys platform.
Isabel is currently developing her project management skills through a combination of online learning and shadowing our project managers.
